Forcible Touching on the 4 Train

Police have put out an alert about a forcible touching incident which occurred on the Upper East Side last week. NYPD officials are hoping a member of the general public will be able to help them identify and locate the suspect.

According to the police report, the incident happened on Thursday, August 15 at approximately 9 a.m.

When a 29-year-old female was riding a southbound 4 train, an unknown suspect approached her at or near the station on 86th and Lexington Avenue. That’s where police say he “exposed himself to the victim and then grabbed the victim’s buttocks” before running off in an unknown direction.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident. Surveillance cameras captured photo and video of the suspect.
